It is nice to be able to rest in the assurance of Jesus Christ. Life is hectic enough. Every Christian should be able to be still and worship the Lord. Too many churches are so rapped up in activity that they lose focus on Christ. This contemplative prayer is of Satan and anyone who promotes this cultic propaganda should have a mark placed on them. Jesus gave us the Lord's Prayer. I haven't read anywhere in the Bible where he repeated the prayer over and over.
